Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95) – Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping – Available for orders over £50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note for International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). Please be aware that any customs fees or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your swim gear. You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they arrive faulty:
- Briefs
- Nose clips
- Snorkels
- Hair brushes
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order using the returns template below
- We’ll email you a returns authorization number and instructions
- Package your return securely with the original packaging
- Include the completed returns form (we’ll email this to you)
- Ship your return to our Gloucester address (return shipping is at your expense)
Return Shipping Options
You may choose your preferred carrier for returns. We recommend using a trackable service:
- UK Returns: Royal Mail Signed For or similar
- International Returns: DHL, FedEx, or your national postal service with tracking

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
For size exchanges on swimwear or accessories:
- Follow the standard returns process above
- Clearly indicate your preferred replacement item/size in your return request
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original item
- No additional shipping charges for size exchanges within the same product line
Special Note for Competitive Swimmers
We understand the importance of perfect-fitting gear for training. If your competition swimwear (jammers, ladies swimwear) doesn’t fit as expected, please contact us immediately at [email protected] – our team of swimming experts can help with sizing advice before you need to return.
