At Swimming Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your swim training gear. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for most items.
Our Returns Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Please note:
- All returned items must be in original condition with tags attached
- Original packaging should be included where possible
- We cannot accept returns on hygiene-sensitive items like briefs, nose clips, and snorkels unless faulty
Important Note for Competitive Swimmers
As fellow swimming enthusiasts, we understand the importance of perfect-fitting gear for training. If your competition swimwear (jammers, ladies swimwear) doesn’t fit as expected, please contact us immediately at [email protected] – our team of swimming experts can help with sizing advice before you need to return.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order using the template below
- We’ll email you a returns authorization number and instructions
- Package your return securely with the original packaging
- Include the completed returns form (we’ll email this to you)
- Ship your return to our Gloucester address (return shipping is at your expense)
Return Shipping Options
You may choose your preferred carrier for returns. We recommend using a trackable service:
- UK Returns: Royal Mail Signed For or similar
- International Returns: DHL, FedEx, or your national postal service with tracking

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- International customers: note that any customs fees or import taxes are non-refundable
Exchanges
For size exchanges on swimwear or accessories:
- Follow the standard returns process above
- Clearly indicate your preferred replacement item/size in your return request
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original item
- No additional shipping charges for size exchanges within the same product line

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following swim essentials unless they arrive faulty:
- Briefs
- Nose clips
- Snorkels
- Hair brushes
