We specialise in high-performance swimwear and accessories for all ages and swimming levels. Our range includes:

We carry premium brands like Speedo and TYR, plus our own Amanzi line.
How do I choose the right size swimwear?
Our swimwear follows standard sizing charts from leading brands. Each product page includes detailed size guides – we recommend measuring yourself and comparing with these charts. For competitive swimmers, performance fit is typically snugger than regular swimwear.

Ordering & Account Questions

How do I create an account?
During checkout, you’ll have the option to create an account by providing your email address and creating a password. This allows you to track orders, save preferences and speed up future purchases.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal for secure, convenient checkout.

Delivery Information

How long does delivery take?
We process orders within 1-2 working days from our Gloucester headquarters. Delivery times then depend on your location and chosen shipping method:
  • Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 10-15 working days after dispatch (£12.95)
  • Free Shipping (EMS): 15-25 working days after dispatch (free on orders over £50)
Note: Delivery to some Asian and remote regions isn’t available.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! You’ll receive:
  1. An order confirmation email immediately after purchase
  2. A dispatch email with tracking information when your order leaves our warehouse
Our customer service team (all swimmers themselves!) can also help track your package if needed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly ship worldwide, except to some Asian countries and remote regions where delivery isn’t feasible. International customers enjoy the same quality service as our UK clients.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your returns policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your swimming gear:
  • Returns accepted within 15 days of receipt
  • Items must be unworn with original tags attached
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty
For competitive swimmers, we recommend ordering well before important events to allow time for potential exchanges.
